My husband, Wildman, and I have been taking a healthy aging, instantly absorbable pixie-stick product that is promoted for helping us deal with over 41 different aging issues. They may not immediately be noticeable, since we were already pretty healthy, but the key here is what we may be PREVENTING or AVOIDING. Things like blood pressure issues, or heart issues, simple stuff like that. It is also proven to be key ingredients for a natural cell-based energy. But think it should be called a body balancer. If you need more energy, you get it. If you are really high-strung and need to calm down (as in my case sometimes) then I get it.
But the thing we have noticed the most, that was not even in the description was the ability to have a really great night’s SLEEP. We have had sleep issues for years, and have had some natural sleep enablers that we took in the past. Before that, and right after our oldest son passed away, Wildman was even prescribed a narcotic for dealing with anxiety, and not sleeping. He just wanted to SLEEP and be able to function the next day in his high-performance sales job. Since I have been a stay-at-home, work-at-home, homeschoolin’ mom for so many years, he has really done an excellent job at providng, but it comes with some stress.
Since we have been on this system, we have been “balanced”. The highly absorbable probiotic has kept us from having any gut issues, but we can really tell a difference on the days we forget to take our pixi-stik. I am up at night, puttering around the house, just like the ole days. I think it is pretty common for women and our fluctuating hormones, but I hate it.
I have always loved sleep, and I know SLEEP is a key to fighting off aging symptoms, healing from sickness, and helping my moods during the day.
Like the ole saying, “If momma ain’t happy, nobody’s happy”, and it definitely rings true at our house.
So we take our pixie-sticks in the eve, and sleep like babies.
Well, except for the night that a palmetto bug got in the room. Wildman jumped so hi he landed on me (220 lbs) and then got up and tore the bed apart on a frantic rage to find the intruder. My heart rate was well beyond level 3 (in cycling) and so I stared at the ceiling that night for quite awhile.
But we got the bug.
Wildman was asleep again in a matter of minutes.
Not sure if I see many other effects just yet, but I am more excited about the things we do NOT see.
and that is just dreamy.
