Gimme a Plan

I am finally finishing a 2 week compilation of meal plans from Dr. D K Layman’s Book “The MetaboliQ Lifestyle“. My clients have been asking for it for a few months. People are so stressed nowadays, needing not only guidance, but a 1-2-3 plan to quickly and easily implement without rocking the already over-committed schedule they are juggling.
